  • Raegan Reed -Owner

    Currently teaching: Chisel, DanceFit, Yoga, Abs & Obliques, Ballet Barre, Hip Hop Abs, Buns, Gut N’ Guns, Hip Hop, Modern, as well as Peronal & Small Group Training in the gym.

    Raegan is an AFAA Certified Fitness and Dance instructor and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from SUNY Brockport and a second degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). She has taught dance and fitness for more than 20 years at World Gym in Florida, Crunch Fitness, with many locations throughout NYC, and has been teaching in Delhi since 2009. She has studied and performed with Alvin Ailey Dance Studio, Broadway Dance Center and the American Theater of Actors, among other notable institutions. Her appearances include the WB Morning Show, New York 1 News, and WBNG News.

    Raegan founded the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival in 2021 and holds annual yoga retreats in Costa Rica, Mexico and other locations. She is a Chairperson for the Delhi Children’s Christmas Fund, and a Co-Founder of the PTA at Delaware Academy. Her commitment to fitness and community engagement shines through her aspiration to continue helping people in the community achieve their fitness goals.

  • Christina Boice

    Currently teaching: Creative Movement for Children, and Summer Blast

    Christina has been part of the Cardio Club Family for more than 15 years. She runs the Delhi Dance Studio Summer Blast workshop, is a certified spin instructor, and can be found working in the office from time to time. Christina has taught at Delaware Academy for more than 20 years.

  • Glenna Yu

    Currently teaching: Ballet for teens and adults

    Glenna is a movement artist based in Andes, NY, and the co-founder of Pillow Fort Arts Center, an artist residency and community. Glenna trained in ballet and modern in high school, attending Kaatsbaan’s summer intensive for ballet, and furthered her training in college, where she performed in works by Merce Cunningham, Trisha Brown, Stephen Petronio, Mark Morris, Pam Tanowitz, Loni Landon, Doug Varone, Susan Marshall and Rebecca Lazier. As a mover/performer, Glenna is drawn to more improvisational-based work and interdisciplinary collaborations. Glenna currently dances with BIRDHOUSE under the direction of Raven White and with H.T. Chen & Dancers. She has previously worked with choreographers clyde fusei forth, Nicole Kadar, Yehuda Hyman, Isaac Iskra, Rebecca Lazier, and Stefano Nappi.

  • Judy Wright

    Currently teaching: Spin

    Judy is an ASFA Certified Spin Instructor who came to teaching through a personal fitness journey that included a weight loss of 80 pounds. Judy works locally as a process engineer and is pursing a Bachelor’s degree business operations at SNHU.

  • Brittany Schenck

    Currently teaching: Hip Hop, Jazz

    After a decade of dance training at Delhi Dance Studio, Brittany attended SUNY Herkimer performing with the Herkimer Dance Team before completing her degree in Childhood Education at SUNY Oswego. In addition to teaching dance, Brittany is the Forestry Program Executive Assistant and West of Hudson Educator at the Watershed Agricultural Council and runs Britt’s Sugar Bites, a custom-sugar cookie baking business.

  • Juliane Hillis

    Currently teaching: Spin, Fit Body Bootcamp

    Julie has been a Certified Spin Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics since 2019. Her spin and bootcamp classes are infused with her passion for whole-body health and wellness. She works at Delaware Academy and directs Haven Camp, a program for people with intellectual and physical differences, held every summer at Delta Lake Bible Conference Center. She is also a mom of four school-age children.

  • Jessie Moore

    Currently teaching: Aerial Yoga and Hip Hop for children

    Jessie has been part of The Cardio Club and Delhi Dance Studio community for more than ten years. Her classes are inspired by her belief that dance builds self-esteem, self-awareness, teamwork, community and confidence. Jessie works as a registered nurse at the emergency department of Margaretville Hospital and lives in Treadwell with her two daughters.

  • Ailisa Boyer

    Currently teaching: Modern Dance

    Ailisa Boyer is a Dance/Movement Therapist. She has choreographed and performed across New York state, including at the Capital Repertory Theater in Albany, and is the creator of Nautilus Dance Arts, which offers creative movement classes for children and adults. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Dance from Manhattanville College and a Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Antioch University.

  • Ashley Komosinski

    Currently teaching: Tap and Modern Dance for children

    Ashley has studied with many dance luminaries including Carlos Neto and Elodie Dufroux. She has performed with the Brighthill Press Project, War Word, Soul Arts Academy, and most recently, the Dancing in the Park Series in Andes, NY. She is currently studying psychology at SUNY Oneonta.

  • Jill Lehmann

    Currently teaching: Creative Spark Performers program

    Jill’s program at The Cardio Club introduces children to the joy of creativity through theater. Her performance background spans three decades and includes a leading role in Mamma Mia!, extensive work with Orpheus Theatre, in Oneonta, and a multitude of productions. Jill also works as an Associate Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

  • Jessica Wapner

    Currently teaching: Spin, Sculpt, Silver Sneakers

    Jessica is a Certified Spin Instructor and has been teaching at Cardio Club since July 2022. Her classes provide a challenging workout through proven exercises, energizing music and steady pacing. She works as a writer and producer, is the author of two books, and co-hosted season one of the podcast One Click. She lives in Bovina with her family.

  • Abigail Tessier

    Currently teaching: Modern I

    Abi has been dancing at The Cardio Club since she was four years old, studying ballet, tumbling, modern and hip-hop. She is a student at Delaware Academy, where she is also on the varsity track team, and hopes to continue dancing for many years to come.

  • Lisa Mays

    Currently teaching: Ballet for children, Chisel Light, Silver Sneakers

    Originally from Los Angeles, Lisa has been involved in the performing arts since an early age. She has been a vocal soloist, soprano recitalist, conductor and musical director, and performed with both the Oakland Opera and in the San Jose Light Opera’s production of Evita. More recently, she has performed with the Open Eye Theater in Margaretville, NY.

  • Dove Karn

    Currently teaching: PiYo

    Dove has been teaching at Cardio Club for several years. She is an experienced PiYo (a combination of Pilates and yoga) and spin instructor, having taught at several gyms throughout the region. She is currently working toward her Yoga Fit Studio Fitness 100-hour certification. Dove teaches Family and Consumer Science and Health at Margaretville Central School and runs a small hobby farm. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking and playing with her mini Aussies.

  • Gary Leahy

    Currently: Personal Trainer

    Gary is a Certified Kettlebell Instructor through coursework with Steve Maxwell and has more than 40 years of experience in various disciplines focused on strength and agility. He has served in the US Marine Corps and trained with the Art of Strength in Providence, Rhode Island. He has provided senior physical fitness instruction during his 30 years as a state trooper, He brings his military- and police-style training to his classes at the Cardio Club, which focus on kettlebells. undulating ropes, suspension training and weightlifting.

  • Lisa Keaney

    Currently teaching: Hip Hop for children

    Lisa studied ballet, jazz and gymnastics for many years and holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from SUNY Cortland. After many years as a teacher in the Ithaca area, Lisa paused her classroom work to raise her children. She is now combining her love of dance with her love of education through her dance classes. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, hiking, and arts and crafts.

  • Elizabeth Green

    Currently teaching: Hatha Yoga

    Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years. She has been a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga since 2012 and is also trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Her classes center on cultivating an awareness of how our bodies evolve and change throughout the seasons of our lives. She aims to facilitate a practice that meets the needs of the moment while encouraging the steadiness and flexibility necessary to move through life. Every class incorporates postures, breath work and body awareness, combining ease and effort. Use of props is encouraged and modifications are offered so that every participant can engage. Classes are open to all levels.

    Heather has been part of the The Cardio Club family for 8 years, when she started attending fitness classes. She started working part-time in the office in 2016. She has since become the office manager. Heather is very active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to Brett and they have 5 children. Heather currently lives in Delhi with her husband and youngest daughter.
