Try eating 3 well balanced meals per day, eat two healthy snacks between meals and drink half of your body weight in ounces.
Drinking water and eating 3 meals per day is super important for losing and/or maintaining a healthy weight!
People always tell me how they are maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet, and exercising…BUT they aren’t losing weight:(
My first 2 questions…are you eating 3 meals per day and are you drinking enough water?! 🙂
